Besides manufacturing and connecting our electrical panels, we at Tisaco are also highly specialized in the engineering that precedes this. After all, no quality panel can be delivered without a perfect electrical scheme & matching layout

But how is this preparatory work actually carried out?

1. Cable Calculation(Caneco BT) 🧮

At the start of a project, our work often begins with a detailed cable calculation.

Why? Because this gives us essential insights into the nature of the installation. Based on that calculation, we design and build an electrical panel that not only complies with the applicable safety standards, but also withstands possible faults or failures.

With us, safety is not a coincidence, but the result of thoughtful engineering.

2. Electrical scheme (EPLAN Pro Panel) 🔌

Once the safety parameters are clear, we start designing the electrical scheme. This maps out all the equipment located in the board, including the wiring between components.

But we go further: it also includes external technical data of the installation. In this way, we create a complete and reliable overview, suited for manufacturing.

3. 3D Layout (EPLAN Pro Panel) 🧱

Finally, we design a 3D layout of the board. This is a valuable tool, both for the colleagues who will produce the board and for the technicians who will install it. Thanks to this visual model, they know exactly how the panel should look, which minimizes the risk of errors or ambiguities.
